Michelle Dorchak always goes above and beyond for Ettrick Elementary and her students. She attends every school event possible and is always ready to show up for students. Year after year, she advocates for her students and her teammates. She is an amazing co-worker who will always give her colleagues a listening ear or provide support, even when her plate is full. She is so patient with her students and always keeps her cool.
